Individual training and development needs will be identified through:
- A comprehensive induction programme
- Probationary period reviews
- In-depth employee assessments by independent specialists
- Performance appraisals carried out at least annually
- Requests from employees
Staff development and training is an obligation for our Line Managers, who are responsible for identifying individual training and development needs, whilst supporting and encouraging staff.
